PROJECT DESCRIPTION

HLR is entrusted with delivering comprehensive traffic engineering solutions to Highland Park, operating on a task order basis. Our responsibilities encompass a broad range of services aimed at enhancing the City's traffic management systems. These services include thorough reviews of traffic studies, assessments of current traffic signal functionalities, and the development of optimized signal strategies. Furthermore, we are tasked with designing traffic signal plans tailored to the City's unique needs.

Our methodology is grounded in meticulous fieldwork, encompassing traffic counts, capacity analysis, and evaluations of existing traffic control devices, culminating in well-informed recommendations.
