OBJECTIVE

The Central Signal System Expansion #3 is a comprehensive and intricate improvement project targeting 15 distinct corridors within DuPage County. Upon completion of this expansion, DuPage County will boast safer roadways and enhanced traffic flow, thanks to the Division of Transportation's incorporation of cutting-edge techniques and technologies.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

HLR provided Phase III construction observation/resident engineering services, which encompassed the installation of new fiber optic cables and handholes, the implementation of various traffic signal controllers and cabinets, and the modernization of the County's traffic signal system.
