Ryan Livingston, PE

Vice President

Ryan serves as a Vice President of Hampton, Lenzini and Renwick, Inc. (HLR), Office Manager of our Crystal Lake office, and leads our Municipal and Construction Engineering departments in northern Illinois.

Ryan began his career as a staff design engineer upon graduating from the University of Iowa, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a certificate in business entrepreneurship. Throughout his time at Hampton, Lenzini and Renwick, Inc. (HLR), Ryan has gained experience in every professional service offered in-house, which provides insight for efficient internal and external operations.

Ryan has experience working closely with our government agency clients and served as City Engineer and Assistant Public Works Director for the City of Woodstock in 2018 and 2019. His experience provides a thorough understanding of how local governments function and how to keep their best interests at the forefront of HLR’s service offerings.

Ryan is passionate about innovation, improvement, and helping develop our staff into future leaders at HLR and within our industry. He enjoys “working hard” to support our clients' needs, engaging employees in our “have fun” culture, and “giving back” to support the communities in which we live and work.
