As HLR’s Human Resources Manager, Mike strives to create a cohesive, fun work environment with his positivity and open communication with all team members.

Mike attended Northern Illinois University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in organizational and corporate communication. He has led the HR and recruiting efforts for a variety of firms and has extensive experience with payroll, benefits, 401(k), talent acquisition and interviewing, and new employee onboarding. Mike’s positive, can-do attitude and his commitment to serving as a link between all levels of the company help to promote a healthy work environment conducive to teamwork and success.
